曼迪肯尼迪

曼迪肯尼迪 is the Vice President of Operations with LBMC W Squared, LLC, located in 纳什维尔. She joined W Squared in 2013 and became a part of the LBMC family of companies with the acquisition of W Squared in 2017.

In her current role on the Senior Leadership Team, she oversees the overall operations of the company.  She is responsible for the change management to implement processes and workflows to gain efficiencies across the organization to achieve the company strategic goals.

以前, in her role as Controller at W Squared, she oversaw the daily financial operation and month-end close process for multiple clients. Her clients ranged from pre-revenue startups to operation with $85M in gross revenue.  Her responsibilities included preparing monthly financial statements and MD&一个报告, performing variance analysis, liaising with external audit and tax firms, and providing financial guidance for her clients.

Prior to joining W Squared, 夫人. 肯尼迪 spent eight years at Take Care Health Systems. In her tenure at Take Care she held various roles and responsibilities. Beginning in the accounting department as a senior accountant and leaving as the Director of Site Operations where she managed operations for a book of business of approximately $10M in annual revenue.

Mandy began her career working in public accounting for a regional CPA firm.  夫人. 肯尼迪 has also served as the Vice-Chair, 财务主管, and a member of the Board of Directors for a local chapter of a national nonprofit, 奔跑中的女孩.  另外, she was the 财务主管 and member of the Board of Directors for the 纳什维尔 Area Junior Chamber of Commerce and participated in the Young Leaders Council.
